Both the hiring manager and senior manager were very nice. I had to fill out another application while being interviewed. I applied online, then two days later went in store and did an application and submitted my resume. I called the store six days later and got scheduled for an interview. They were happy to hear that I had a lot of experience with kids, money, and that I was going to apply to Ivy leagues.
Easy and quick which made it simple and go by fast. Questions were straight forward enough so that it went by quickly and simply. I did not accept the offer though

The interview was casual and friendly. It was a one-on-one with the store manager, and it lasted about 15–20 minutes. They focused on availability, past experience, and how you handle customer service. It felt more like a conversation, and they just wanted to see if you were reliable, outgoing, and good with kids.
