It was a quick one time interview with one of the managers. They asked about previous experience, situational questions about customer scenarios and about my availability. Overall it was pretty straightforward.

Very straightforward interview. I came in with no hosting experience but they are very willing to train if you give the right energy. I feel that they emphasized being able to handle tough situations (i.e. angry customers, long wait times, etc.) and wanted to make sure that that was going to be an expectation for the restaurant. Loved that they were able to accommodate to my current work schedule so I can work both jobs!
