First, a recruiter reached out to me by text, which I almost wrote off thinking it was a spam text. After a quick conversation, I was then invited for an in person interview. The times were not flexible, so I had to take off of work to be there, and unfortunately it was not around the corner. They made me wait 15 minutes after my interview time to talk to me. I got a generic denial for the job. They should consider using a virtual platform for the first interview at least.
