An initial interview was with a consultant in HAYS and then a formal interview with Head of External Reporting and Senior External Reporting Accountant. It was a less formal and more conversational interview.

I was amazed that there were not any interview question as such, I was preparing to answer!! It was straight about the role, about my past experience and more about UVP.
