Incredibly warm, thorough interview process. Interviewer was open to listening to various approaches I would take with clients and appreciated the feedback I gave. Company interview policy allows for responses to certain situations that may arise in therapy, which I enjoyed.

How would you handle an underage client who was using telehealth with a serious issue in their life and their parent was in the background, but they didn't want to tell the parent the issue.

Straightforward. It started with a recruiter who was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. Then I met with the supervisor who was very friendly and explained the position very well. I felt welcome from the beginning.

Very laid back, relevant questions, no pressure, professional, friendly, personable; the interview was not held in a room with a 20 foot table with every supervisor and program director present to plummet questions and watch every movement or cause the interviewee to feel nervous. One supervisor in an office.
