Entretien
The interview was fairly easy. From what I remember the executive assistant called me over the phone and completed a prescreening. She asked basic interview questions such list strengths/weaknesses. After that she set up an appointment with the program manager. When I met with the program manager at the time, it was really more of a conversation. We talked about the program and problems within social services. Didn't feel pressured. It was very laid back.

Question 1
The only questions that I encountered during the interview revolved around how much I knew of the CARES/SASS program. When I was not familiar she would explain and we would talk more in depth about the program. This was the way the former program manager conducted interviews. It is probably different now that they have a different program manager.
