I had attended multiple interviews in my career. But this is the worst ever interview experience I had. They are not worried about the interviewee who applied. They are simply taking months time to respond back. And also we need to keep on pinging them to get a response. And at last I had my first round after 3 weeks. The round was very simple consists for two basic questions found in GeeksforGeeks. I knew I cleared that round. but I didn't get any response for a week. I asked the HR about this round. The way they replied back was too irritating. Right from the start itself they were responding lethologically. HR simply told, that they need to interview multiple candidates before taking a decision. If I have any other offers on my way please carry that and thanks for your time. This was the reply I got back after a month of time and after attending first round.

I was interviewed for SDE-II role at Chronus LLC in the month of September 2020. The entire interview process was wrapped up in 3 days across 3 rounds. The HR and the interviewers were friendly and they ensured that I had a hassle free interview experience. What I loved most about Chronus is the kind of questions that I was asked during the interviews. Unlike most organisations that just focus on certain technologies/programming languages, the interviews at Chronus also evaluated my problem solving skills and logical thinking. I was asked to write algorithms in any language I preferred and was quizzed on logical problems, thus making sure that I am adaptable and can learn new languages and concepts in a short span of time. The hiring team went to great lengths to understand my job profile and ensured I was hired for a team based on my job preferences, and not just based on their requirements. The team had devoted more than enough time and attention to ensure that I would love the work that I would be engaged with during my time at Chronus.
