Entretien
Online application with CV, Cover letter and short answer questions, followed by a Hirevue interview that asks 5 general questions and then you had to describe a painting (typed). You can attempt the questions twice.

Question 1
When have you been in a difficult situation/had to face a challenge? Why do you want to work in the art world? Which part of the business are you most interested in? What’s your biggest weakness?
Hirevue interview then online assessment. Hirevue was straightforward with questions on background teamwork time management etc and online assessment was a smooth process. At the end of the hirevue there was a picture task and then some gamified tests.
An initial emailed HireVue interview request with multiple STARR based questions about past work and life experiences. Around 5 to 6 questions with a minute to prepare followed with a few minutes to answer each.

Entretien
You first submit a written application, and if successful, you’re invited about a month later to complete a HireVue video interview with timed, recorded answers. A few weeks after that, there’s an online exam. If you pass, the final stage is an in-person interview or assessment day with deeper interviews and possibly case studies or group exercises.
