J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Christie's en janv. 2019
Entretien
I had to complete a video interview within a little over a week of hearing from Christie's. There were 5 questions, and it was run by a company called HireVue. I had 30 seconds to prepare each answer, then was expected to speak for anywhere between 3 and 5 minutes for each question. I could pause for as long as I wanted between questions. Most questions were fairly normal, besides the final question where you were given a few minutes to write about a painting that came up on screen.
An initial emailed HireVue interview request with multiple STARR based questions about past work and life experiences. Around 5 to 6 questions with a minute to prepare followed with a few minutes to answer each.
Hirevue interview then online assessment. Hirevue was straightforward with questions on background teamwork time management etc and online assessment was a smooth process. At the end of the hirevue there was a picture task and then some gamified tests.

You first submit a written application, and if successful, you’re invited about a month later to complete a HireVue video interview with timed, recorded answers. A few weeks after that, there’s an online exam. If you pass, the final stage is an in-person interview or assessment day with deeper interviews and possibly case studies or group exercises.
