This process spanned about a month. It started off with uploading the requirements online. A couple of days later I got an email about getting references to fill out an online survey on my performance (so have your clinical references ready before applying, at least 2). After the references, I did an automated online interview that had 7 video questions and like 5 written questions. The video questions ranged from "Tell me about your clinical experiences" to "Why Christiana?" to "Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult patient". After completing this online interview, I received an email to schedule an in-person interview at the Newark hospital. The interview lasted a solid 45 min- 1 hour. The interviewers were both nurses, very kind and encouraging. Make sure to get their business cards/emails so you can contact them afterwards thanking them for the opportunity. Also, wear something professional, but also something that stands out! (Oh I remember her, she wore that yellow dress) Also, relax. Trust in the process. Go over your answers and give them the old' Excellence and Love razzle dazzle!
