Entretien
Two 30-minute phone screenings and a 3 hour onsite interview are required. The 3 hour interview is a combination of an office tour and a series of interviews from the AC Team Manager and the Restaurant Success Director. You will also interview with members from other departments.

Very concise and great communication along the way. Consisted of one recruiter call and one hiring manager call. Hiring manager conversation was very informal and inviting. Started the 30 minutes with very warm rapport building and chatted fluidly about past experiences, aspirations, and the role.

Entretien
My interview process consisted of 3 interviews. Two interviews over the phone and the third on-site interview with multiple meetings. I also had a written assignment and role play exercise to go with the third interview. The whole process was very enjoyable and professional. It felt like the company was not only wanting to know about my previous work experiences, but it felt like they really aimed to know me personally and how I fit in with ChowNow's culture. They even requested feedback from me about the process. It was very refreshing to encounter a company who cares so much about employee satisfaction.
