Curriculum "Vitae and cover letter were pass to their Human resource Department, after 2 weeks of waiting and follow-ups they responded. You have to take an entrance examination/evaluation consisting of personality test, skills and work knowledge. After passing the examination you will be scheduled for an interview with the HRD Manager then you will be further directed for an interview with the Laboratory Manager and Chief medical Technologist. A call after one week lets you know if you pass or failed.

The interview process focused on how you handle patients on a daily basis while maintaining professionalism. The interviewer provided different scenarios, and you have to provide what you would do on that event.
