I attended a Choice Career Fair. It was a well thought out event. It was well prepared, and well staffed with many hiring managers in attendance and an abundance of of positive energy in the air. After registering and linking my online profile to my registration information I was directed to areas of interest based on a provided list of current openings. One introduction led to another, I networked and spoke with a number of hiring managers. I was Introduced to an HR representative who scheduled a phone screen for the very next day. A face to face interview with the hiring manager was scheduled the day after that. Everything about the process an was extremely positive experience! Kudos to all the planners and participants that made it such a success.
