Interviewed twice at Choco, in 2022 and in 2024 - both times I had at least 2 interviews with them (so I was progressing in the process) and then suddenly they ghosted me. I don't know what happened to make them disappear but they did. Actually the second most recent time they had at least the decency to let me know they were not going to go ahead with me, but then I asked for feedback and I never got a response. So at this stage it is very clear to me that they don't like me - and I will never apply to Choco again after trying twice! - but I still don't know why I am not a good fit for them, what I could have done better etc as no one has the courtesy to get back to you with a shred of feedback. I think it's very unprofessional and frankly unacceptable. And I dealt with different people in 2022 and 2024 so it must just be the way they operate as a company. Not impressed

Interview process was super fast, efficient, straightforward. People were friendly, the atmosphere was pretty informal. I think they are using the Amazon interview types of questions, so you should get prepare even if it sounds informal and easy!
