Went in for a group interview which was fine but had to reach out myself to hear about a decision. They told me they would move forward with my application but then never heard back. Seems like they are very busy.

Nothing too exciting. Just say you can work weekends and your pretty much in. They ask about your experience but do hire new baristas to train as well. They really enjoy positive people. They want to hear you work well with others and are good under pressure.
