I had a very poor experience with Chobani's Talent Acquisition Manager. Chobani uses a general email in reaching out to candidates for interviews. I received an interview request and responded to it promptly. I never heard back, so I checked in again two days later. I didn't hear back so I looked up a phone number and left a voicemail. The manager apologized and said she never got the emails. The same thing happened again in getting the interview on the calendar. When it was finally scheduled, the talent manager then cancelled the day before because of a "last minute management meeting" and asked to reschedule for the following week. When I followed up, I was then told the role was being re-evaluated, but she would reschedule soon. I reached out after not hearing anything for a month and she told me the role was filled. I asked if she could share how the role was restructured for my edification and to update colleagues who kindly had referred me and received radio silence. For company that claims to be about a healthy life and culture, their hiring process is less than transparent and shows very little respect for applicants.
