the process was very long. i was invited for initial interview few weeks after i applied online. first, they gave me a form for personal information. it also included an essay type of question, about 10 questions maybe. the questions were about personalty/characteristics and very answerable. after that, the hr representative interviewed me one on one, the questions were very personal, like something about your parents etc. it was not that formal, far from what i imagined.

For the Interview, had three examinations and all were easy, even got a perfect score on it. After the examination, each will be called one by one for the HR to interview you.
