After you apply for the job, you will receive an email to schedule an in-person interview, usually in the morning at the store. The store manager will ask you a few questions. If he feels you are a good fit, he will let you know right away and schedule a time for you to take a training test on their computer.

Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
