In restaurant at one of the tables with the manager. One on one, but multiple other candidates were waiting to also be interviewed. Only a few questions, pretty much the same as any other job questions.

The manager ansked about myself and what my previous work experience was. I felt like they wanted to know about me and my personality. They were mostly situational questions - how would I handle this situation with a customer, how would I handle a fast paced work environment etc . They also went over information about the position and hours. We discussed pay rate.
