The hiring and interview process was out of proportion. Applied in late July and got an email to come in for an interview in August. I had no idea the interview was going to be a group interview so that defiantly was a surprise to me. We sat down in different groups between people who is having their first interview and those who are on their 4th interview. We then got a paper with sets of stages and questions to put our name on. We were interviewed by a lot of the Crew Members then a final ending interview with the General Manger. After that interview when being told they would contact us the following couple days they did not email us back until 2 weeks after for a second interview. Second interview was with much less people but different faces. It went by pretty fast and was told at the end of the day they would give a call back in if you got the job or not. Didn't even get notified until September of a rejection letter.. The process was defiantly long and overdue.. They had sets of papers for each candidate which I'm sure they lost or threw out at the end of every interview day

Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.
