I was nervous at firsthand since it was my first ever job interview. The Interviewer quickly took notice at told me that it was okay and that it’s normal to nervous when being in a interview job. They then went on to say that they used to be just like me when they first started working at Chipotle. Nervous, Introverted, and Isolated with their head stuck to their work. It really helped calm down at feel more comfortable and at the time I felt seen. They said working at their job really helped them open up more as a person and helped them get comfortable with talking to others better. Then we went back and forth, them asking questions and me answering them. I answered the Interviewer’s questions about my interest about Chipotle and what skills I have. They answered my inquiries about a regular day at Chipotle to work experience at different stations. After that they had me write down my number and email to get notified later on for any openings. They shook my hand confirming the end of the interview. Heads up! I do not know if every Interviewer will be like this. This was just the experience I had.
