Hired in from crew and raised to do the interviews, all they were looking for was ambition, energy and sometimes most importantly, just a smile. I'm not sure if they are still using the same model but when I was doing it they were looking for 13 characteristics, and would ask questions designed to highlight these attributes, Polite Hospitable Smart Ambitious Curious Happy Respectful Honest Presentable Conscientious Motivated Infectiously Enthusiastic High Energy These are said to be not teach-able, either you have them or you don't, so just read over them, and embody them in your every day life forever, go ahead, drink the Kool-Aid, I've met some of my best and lifelong friends from this place, and though I left, I wouldn't trade my experience for the world

I was able to interview at a new store and happen to have all the top managers around. Therefore my questions were valid and raised there interest in me. My favorite question is “ What is your biggest concern with your store?” Gives you a clear path of opportunity to fill that void.
