I applied online and the process took about 1 week, and was emailed to come in for an interview the following Tuesday. Turned out to be a group interview with 4 others. The hiring manager seemed nice and asked us about ourselves and told us about Chipotle's history. They were looking for full time workers, but 3 out of the 4 including me were not looking for full time so he had to let us go, but gave us a free meal for our time.
