J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Chipotle (Santee, CA) en mai 2014
Entretien
Altogether I went through two interviews so here's how it went.
The first interview went very well, I met with the head of kitchen staff and it was a fun interview to be honest. He just wanted to know what do I do for fun and what do I know about the company. It went great and I passed through.
The second interview was a bit more interesting. It was a group interview with two high school girls and for them it was their first interview. We were being interviewed by the general manager of the store. I thought I did great again. Especially when it came to knowledge of the company I had done much more research than the other interviewees in the group. But ultimately I was not hired. I think this is because I lack experience. I only have 6 months of experience at a restaurant as a runner/Busser/host that was over a year ago and I have only a small (one day a week) side job that isn't much. Although I was and am passionate for the company and I know that I am more than capable to be a great employee I was not selected. It could be many factors but I think the largest of which is my lack of experience.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
