J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Chipotle
Entretien
They had set up a career fair day at a local hotel to interview people all day long. I went in and was interviewed by two regional managers. The first one asked some pretty standard questions about what I'm studying in school, how I am as a person, why work for Chipotle, what I can bring to the table. Then the second manager came in and asked a few more questions, and he basically gave me the job right then and there.

Question 1
As I was studying mechanical engineering, they were wondering if I would be a good fit if I wasn't going to stay past graduation. I asked if there were any mechanical specific work available and they said possibly. They also talked to me about how Chipotle strives to promote their crew members higher and higher, which would entail pretty good pay increases.
