      Entretien

I applied online and was called the next day for an interview at a location that I did not apply to. I got there early and it turned out to be a group interview that some candidates showed up 5-10 minutes late to. They told us they would call everybody the next day. I got the call and told they narrowed it down to me and one other person out of the six people from the group interview and asked me to go in for a second interview at the location that I did apply to. I got there early again and sat down with the regional manager. He asked me the same questions that I was asked in the first interview and asked if I could stay to meet all the staff after the interview. I said yes and then he asked if I would be willing to work at a location 20 minutes south of where I lived and really tried to talk up how "it really isn't that far." He bragged a LOT about the company for most of the time, which at first I thought was great, but it became too much - almost like they think they're too good. The second girl showed up and he interviewed her right next to me and kind of talked to us at the same time. He let her leave, and introduced me to the manger of the store. I got a tour and got to talk to all of staff. I really liked the tour and getting to talk to the manager. After the tour, the manager said he was going to look at the schedule and he would give me a call in the next few days. I was feeling really good about it all. Two days went by and I got a call from a DIFFERENT manager and was asked to come in for a THIRD interview! I said yes, but with my schedule and theirs, he couldn't find a good time to do it so he said he would call me back later that day. He never did, and I never pursued it because I got a call from an upscale restaurant across the street for an interview for a server position. I got the server position on the spot and am probably making $500+ more a month than I would be making at Chipotle.
