Had my first round today in a group interview. The recruiter was really nice, said it was going to be informal, we were all just going to get to know each other and be friends. I felt very comfortable sharing and doing this completely boosted my confidence in interviewing. Standard questions about who you are, why you want to work there, and what you bring to the table. This is only the first round so I can't say that I got an offer but I am waiting for a phone call.
