I applied online and then was called in for a group interview 3 days later. The manager was friendly and nice and simply asked us normal interview questions and asked if we had any. He told us some history of the company and then said he'd call back if he was interested in another interview.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
