I applied online and 2 days later recieved a call to schedule an interview the next day. The interview was myself and the general manager. This store was brand new and hadnt opened yet. She asked me a couple of questions and she made me watch a video about chipotles restauranteurs. She gave me a second interview the next day and hired me. Since i was only 17 and my birthday was 3 weeks away they said they said I would start when I was 18.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day

I scheduled an interview, but when I arrived the first time the manager was not there, so I had to reschedule. At the second interview, I waited about 10–15 minutes before the manager was ready. The interview itself was short, around 10 minutes, and mostly consisted of behavioral questions read from a sheet. Overall, the process felt disorganized and not very personal, but the questions were straightforward.
