I was interviewed by the entire team I would be joining- 3 people. It was very relaxed but thorough and they were most interested in a culture fit instead of a skills fit. Which is great until they don't foster your skills and talent and instead expect you to stay in your entry level position without growing or wanting more.

It was pretty straight forward a recruiter contacted me on a Friday and I had an interview with the managers the following Monday. I really liked the managers I was interviewing with and it was a pretty standard interview.
