J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Chipotle (Long Beach, CA) en juin 2015
Entretien
I applied online and in a few days got an email to arrive at the location i applied for at a certain time.
I brought a resume and dressed appropriately and professionally. It turned out to be a group interview and the general manager asked questions and had every participant in the group to answer. After the Q's, the general manager gave us each a piece of paper of some rules/steps about the company (I can't remember what they were exactly its probably on their website) and said that if we get called for a second interview we're expected to have those rules/steps memorized. I never got called for a second interview haha

The process which involves a personal interview at their headquarters is quick and pleasant. They respect the interview time and you don't have to wait long. From there they explain more or less what job consists of
Quick process. The interview was simple. They didn’t ask too many questions, mostly availability, desired shift, and why you want to work for them. I had my second interview right after the initial one. That one mostly reviewed answers from the initial interview plus “why do you want to work here” kind of question. Overall, it was about a 10 minute process.
