The initial interview was conducted virtually with HR. They are interested in learning about your background, who you are, as well as your plans and expectations regarding the role. It seems that there would be a written assessment, followed by three in-person group interviews.

I received an online assessment asking mainly about how to arrange a meeting, given that your colleagues have different schedules. Also, questions about grammar, vocabulary, and reading in English. Then, basic statistical questions, like reading tables and graphs. Then, selecting shape and pattern questions.

I was invited to complete a written test and attend an group interview. The written test mainly assessed English proficiency and the ability to apply it in workplace scenarios. The group interview has a relatively relaxed atmosphere and friendly interviewers.
