I received a code rank challenge, finished it with 100% success (at the time and correctly), so I was able to go to the next interview step. In the second step, I was interviewed by a Brazilian guy that was very nice. He asked me several questions about JS/React, and I answered almost all of them. Also, I did two practical exercises that were correct too, so I went to step thirdly. In the third step, the interview was a Russian guy that appeared to be busy and didn't want to be doing that. He just said that there were two practical exercises for me and that he would turn off the camera so I could work without interference (I am sure that he was doing any other thing because I talked with him in the middle of the interview, and he just doesn't answered). Resuming the long history, I answered almost all the theoric questions. Also, I did all the exercises (using the best practices, in time, and with live code). After one week of waiting for the answer, I was not contracted, and my feedback was that I'm not fluent in Javascript. * I have worked with JS for at least seven years, day-by-day, and I'm always studying and looking for the best practices, so, there's no problem to not be contracted, but the reason was extremely inconsistent with the overall process.
