You will have to answer a series of questions after taking the skills exam. So a background check, do a couple of online training and in class training. Then they will call you back and it takes a day or two for them to decide if they will hire you or not.

Very straight forward. More personality based than experienced based. Will ask more about how you’d handle certain situations with kids, and how calm, and open you are to teamwork with other teachers. If you don’t have experience as a child care educator, they will often train you as long as you’re willing.

Easy interviewing, went by pretty fast! I enjoyed the atmosphere, I didn’t feel nervous or intimidated. I was given a tour during the interview which was nice to see the school.
