Initial confirmation over phone that you have the required ECE units. Then you take an online test about basic safety issues. If you pass, you are then called for an interview where you must show college transcripts of ECE units. Basic questions are asked. Interview is easy, as they’ll pretty much hire anyone who accepts low pay and has experience and/or units because of the high turnover rate.
