The 1st interview with the Child care supervisor was professional and pleasing. I was informed there would be two other staff members present including HR. However to my surprise the only one present at the interview was the program supervisor. She attempted to contact the other staff member and HR, she was unable to reach either of them. She immediately offered me a second interview and Salary expectations were discussed. As I left she stated she would ask HR to contact me to answer questions she was unable to answer. At the second Interview again she attempted to contact HR, mind you HR had not contacted me since the 1st interview, and again HR was not able to be located. About 3 weeks later an HR gen. contacted me for my References and had me mail her proof of my College diploma which I did. A week later I was offered the position at a salary way below my expectations and way below what the salary on the job post stated. As I tried to negotiate the salary they explained the job post had been posted with the wrong information. I declined the job as I felt the information they provided was misleading and HR was very unprofessional being absent and unreachable at both the 1st and 2nd interviews.
