Two to three part process. Applications are available online and are easy to use. They ask basic questions. Feels like having a conversation. Typically, an entry level leader will perform the first interview. Make it past that and you will typically interview with the director of ops.

The interview process was fairly lengthy, I had three separate interviews. A virtual one with the Hiring Manager, a second one on-site with the Restaurant Manager and a third, hour long session at their management office with the owner. Overall, the process went smoothly, Interviews were scheduled in quick succession and everyone I interviewed with were friendly, kind and answered all my questions.
