Entretien
First round was an online test, similar to the GRE. Second round consisted of a couple back-to-back interviews with traders, one technical and one qualitative. One question I remember being asked was the 10x10x10 cube question (paint outside, what's P getting a painted face given x). Before the final round was a chance to meet CTC employees and hear directly from the founder on Zoom. There was an education session on market-making. The final round consisted of 4-5 interviews with various employees, covering a variety of areas pertinent to the job.

Breaking stick in 2 places question, generalization of this problem. Python coding portion (basic data cleaning/analysis). Estimate the number of windows on the Sears Tower. Brainteasers and mental math. Nothing atypical.

After you apply there is an online assessment with timed questions similar to an IQ test followed by an untimed personality test. Currently waiting to hear back for next steps.

I first submitted my CV. I then aced the assessment (confirmed by them via email) and still did not get the interview. It is incredibly hard to land offers these days.

I had two interviews, one behavioral and one technical. There were too many questions in the behavioral one. The technical one was quite standard with some mental math and Green Book questions.
