A full-time staff member from the ticket sales department called me randomly about 2 months after I had applied online. The conversation was no more than 15 minutes. It was a pretty casual phone interview. Just asked me why I was interested in ticket sales and the WBNA. And the normal "tell me about yourself" kind of questions. They got back to me with an offer within 2 weeks of that initial phone call.
