Some schools will ask you to do a mock lesson - mine did. It was about 15 minutes long and we debriefed after the lesson. I was asked about my previous experience and my views on their curriculum. I was also asked to discuss why I was leaving my current position. The interview was pretty low-key although the questions were designed to identify a certain type of teacher.
