Google Hangouts call to discuss my resume, former experience and what would be expected of me at the job. Fairly straight-forward and to the point. After my interview I was hired and a week later began my orientation which lasted about 2 days

Set up a phone screen first, then an interview with the manager.
Was essentially ghosted after that interview, instead of receiving the common courtesy of a rejection note.
This place needs to get its act together.
