Process involves a phone screen, panel interview, and coding test. I was an internal applicant and the process took 20 weeks from start to finish for me to be rejected for a job title I already have. I was just trying to change teams. The process was drawn out and convoluted and this is the second time I've gone through it. The interview was a panel of 6 hiring managers who all explained their open roles and I had to rank them at the end which was super uncomfortable with all of them there and listening to me.
