Phone screen that went well. Multiple rescheduling and cancellation of interview due to scheduling conflict then ghosted after 2nd interview. Interviewer asked a series of good questions but I was thrown off when a question came about working in a male dominated field.

Standard interview questions, but a lot of repetition for the interviewee because you start over explaining yourself at each interview. The problem was that after all of that time I was told when to expect a response, heard nothing, I followed up, was told a different date for a decision and then radio silence, even after I followed up again.
