I applied to a position that I am highly skilled for. In fact, I've held the same title at several other companies, in the same industry. I received an email back within minutes stating that I was not a fit and they are moving forward with other candidates. I'm not sure if HR is unqualified or if they aren't really looking externally to fill the role and just posting it for legal reasons. No explanation was offered. But I was ruled out of a job, that my qualifications match almost exactly, without even being interviewed,
