The worst interview process I have gone through. Unprofessional to say the least. I should have trusted the reviews on Glassdoor and saved my time. Long story short, if you want to get low balled (even though they know your salary), get criticized for negotiating your low ball offer, then Chewy is the right employer for you. They give you a sales pitch of how they are massively growing, hence why you should accept their low offer. No 401k matching.
At first, the recruiter reaches out to you very aggressively. Once you start negotiating, she starts to become MIA. I did not even receive the formal written offer, even though I accepted the verbal offer.
Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. Not worth the drive or time invested into this company.

Tough process. Too many rounds. Pay was not reflective of level of effort for interviews. Some nice people, some couldn’t care less. Overall would not recommend interviewing and wasting time unless you are content with lay
