I applied online and was contacted by the HRDP Program Manager and then a Recruiter to set up an interview. I had a first-round interview with two Chevron employees. The questions were primarily behavioral and focused on the job description competencies. The interviewers were very friendly. A little less than a week after the first round interview, I was notified that I would be moving to a final round interview. The final round interview was a panel interview, and I was asked Behavioral-based questions and a few general administrative questions. The panel interview interviewers were very nice and gave me insight into their time at Chevron. About a week or so after the final round interview, I was notified that I was not selected. I was sad and disappointed, but I was glad that they let me know in a timely manner. The interview process for Chevron's HRDP was one of the most professional and organized interview processes that I have gone through. I am happy for the individuals that were selected because the HRDP is truly the best in class.

Interview was about 1hr 15 min. 2 parts: Behavioral and a case-study Interviewer was great and very easy to talk to. Interview felt very much like a conversation. Very STAR method and results driven, so be prepared with success stories. Shortly after the interview received a call with an offer.
