Entretien
Applications are submitted online. After initial screening some will get a call for a written test. It is better to have a referral within the company. If you qualify in the written test, you will get called for an interview. There are usually 8-10 people from different departments and a HR personnel who will ask different types of questions related to their department.

Most of the questions are safety focused. Some questions about soft skills like strength, weakness, conflict resolving and some technical questions.
