It was a very Fast process and this was 2005 with the head hunter back when they do or have their own recruitment team and they are just starting the shared Service.
Question is slight general and do not know what is the panel's expectations. Majority of the internal opening has a 'dedicated preferred candidate'. Panels will find the fault and verbally attack you if you are not the favourite candidate
