Strange focus on High school experience. All they want to know is your sat scores and GPAs, which is weird for people who are well removed from it. I am over 10 years into my career.
Had a few interviews with as many as 3 people, 1 of 3 who seemed reasonable, another who was quite difficult, and a third who was more fast paced than anything
