I had so many calls with people that work on many different things. None of these calls really related to the position. And I never got the chance to show them what I can really do. It was just unorganized and left me with a bad impression specially that I could have done so much for the team. I was also supposed to speak with Dr. Chen and they never scheduled it with me even though I waited two weeks for that. I just felt disrespected and lost interest after about five weeks of successful interviews without me making a single mistake.
